Old Stony Dental is permanently closed

We regret to inform you that Old Stony Dental Periodontics will be permanently closing. 

 

Patients who have been referred or had consultations:

You are not considered in treatment because you have not scheduled to proceed or we have attempted to contact you multiple times without success following your initial consultation with Dr. Javaid.  Due to the current circumstances, you will now be referred back to your General Dentist. They have also received correspondence from our clinic to explain the situation. All of your dental records, such as the treatment plan Dr. Javaid has recommended and any x-rays we may have taken, will be sent back to your General Dentist.

 

We thank you for the time spent with our clinic and allowing us to assist you with your dental healthcare.
